Private Music Lessons
The Wauwatosa School of Music currently offers private lessons for the following instruments:
Piano, Voice, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Violin, Viola, Ukulele, Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute
Tuition Rates
$ 108/month (Weekly, Half-hour lesson)
* No Registration Fees
* Free Recitals, Rock Concerts and Rehearsal Opportunities (No additional charges for performances)
* Make-up Lessons (Make-up lessons are available with 24 hour notice)
Lessons are offered on a weekly basis only (Lessons may not be taken every other week)
Monthly auto-payments may be made through pre-authorized debit (checking account) or pre-authorized credit card. Payments are debited on the 2nd of each month.
Performances
The Wauwatosa School of Music gives students many opportunities to perform throughout the year. Students perform regularly at venues around the city. We are always working to find new and exciting ways to get our students on stage and in front of an audience to showcase their skills. Some of our concerts include:
Rock Concerts
Who doesn’t want to be a rock star? Students meet, rehearse, and then perform songs of their choice (Imagine Dragons, Led Zeppelin, Carrie Underwood…). Venues have included Summerfest, Milwaukee Ale House, Mo’s Irish Pub, Tosa Fest, Hart Fest, Anodyne Coffee, Tosa Fourth of July Parade and more.
Singer Songwriter Night
Individual performers get the chance to shine as they sing and play songs they have written.
Spring and Fall Recitals
Students get the opportunity to display a more classically oriented repertoire at our Spring and Fall recitals.
